I Remember

I remember watching a big fireworks display from my Aunt’s back yard. We were close enough that paper from the spent fireworks were landing in her pool.

I remember my grandmothers big thing in the morning was rye toast. It’s cool how a smell can make you remember things.

I remember being about 8 or 9 and really excited to be going on a trip to Disney World in Orlando. My class happened to have a field trip to the fire station the day before we left and not even that was exciting in lieu of my trip.
